1  How do I measure my Pupillary Distance (PD)?
Although the PD measurement may not appear on your prescription, your eye care practitioner should have the information in their files. Your best bet is to call your eye care practitioner and ask for your PD measurement.
2  Do you accept PayPal payments?
Although our order payments are processed by PayPal, we do not currently accept payments from PayPal accounts. We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
3  Do I need to purchase a new Typhoon sunglass in order to participate in the next season of WITWI?
You do not need to purchase a new Typhoon sunglass if you already have a Typhoon sunglass that you will wear in the tournaments you will compete in. However, you must submit a photo of yourself wearing your Typhoon sunglass prior to your tournament. If you no longer have the Typhoon sunglass that you originally registered with, you should purchase a new Typhoon sunglass.
4  When will I receive my warranty replacement?
Please allow 4 weeks (from the date we receive your warranty item) for processing. Typhoon will notify you by email after your warranty item has been inspected. If your warranty claim is approved you will receive an additional email notification when the repaired product has been shipped to you.
5  When will I receive my WITWI Payout?
As stated in the Wear It To Win IT eligibility requirements, please allow 8 weeks for processing and payment of WITWI Payout Sunbmissions. If there is a problem with your payout claim you will be contacted by email.
6  How do I post a review?
DO NOT send your sunglass review in an email. It will not be accepted. You MUST submit your review through the website!

7  Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes. All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Although you submit your information on this website, that data is not stored on our server. Your payment data is processed via PayPal's secure payment gateway.
8  My Typhoon Sunglasses have been damaged and are ineligible for replacement under the terms of the Typhoon Lifetime Warranty, now what?
If your Typhoon® sunglassed have been damaged and are ineligible for repair under the terms of the Typhoon Lifetime Warranty, you can order a repair for your damaged Typhoon sunglasses. Click here for repair orders:Typhoon Repair Center
9  A hinge screw fell out and I lost it. Can you send me a screw?
No, sorry, we do not send out replacement screws. If your sunglasses are eligible for replacement under our warranty you may submit a warranty claim. You must have a receipt for your sunglasses from an authorized Typhoon dealer and complete the warranty registration before you can submit a warranty claim.
10  How do I submit my WITWI Competitor Photo(s)?
You must first be logged in to submit your photo(s). After you are logged in you will be directed to the competitor photo submission page. CLICK HERE to proceed.
