1  How do I post a review?
DO NOT send your sunglass review in an email. It will not be accepted. You MUST submit your review through the website!
If you have already logged in, you will be directed to the review page when you click the link below.
If you are not yet logged in, you will first be directed to the login page. After login you will be redirected to the review page. CLICK HERE to proceed.
2  Is your shopping cart secure?
Yes. All of our payments transactions are handled by PayPal. Although you submit your information on this website, that data is not stored on our server. Your payment data is processed via PayPal's secure payment gateway.
3  Do I need to submit a new competitor photo every year?
No. You only need to submit a competitor photo one time, however, it must be submitted prior to your tournament date.
4  My Typhoon Sunglasses have been damaged and are ineligible for replacement under the terms of the Typhoon Lifetime Warranty, now what?
If your Typhoon® sunglassed have been damaged and are ineligible for repair under the terms of the Typhoon Lifetime Warranty, you can order a repair for your damaged Typhoon sunglasses. Click here for repair orders:Typhoon Repair Center
5  My photo is too big to upload in the WITWI Payout Submission. How can I submit my photo?
Here are a few resources to resize your photo(s). Please resize your photo(s) to 4MB or smaller and then upload in the WITWI Payout Submission form.
6  A hinge screw fell out and I lost it. Can you send me a screw?
No, sorry, we do not send out replacement screws. If your sunglasses are eligible for replacement under our warranty you may submit a warranty claim. You must have a receipt for your sunglasses from an authorized Typhoon dealer and complete the warranty registration before you can submit a warranty claim.
7  How do I get my sunglasses repaired under the warranty?
Follow these steps:
- 1 Review our warranty information to determine if your sunglasses or goggles are eligible for warranty or repair.
- 2 Complete the warranty registration form (unless you ordered from this site).
- 3 Submit a warranty claim.
8  My sunglass broke. How can I get it replaced or repaired?
If your sunglass has been damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please click here for warranty information.
If you need a repair for a sunglass frame, lens, or both, please click here to order a sunglass repair.
9  I purchased a Typhoon sunglass from a retail store but they did not include a case or microfiber, why not?
Only select retailers sell the case and microfiber with the Typhoon sunglass. The case and microfiber are only included with the sunglasses at Typhoon.com, West Marine and Cabela's.
