1  A hinge screw fell out and I lost it. Can you send me a screw?
No, sorry, we do not send out replacement screws. If your sunglasses are eligible for replacement under our warranty you may submit a warranty claim. You must have a receipt for your sunglasses from an authorized Typhoon dealer and complete the warranty registration before you can submit a warranty claim.
2  I purchased a Typhoon sunglass from a retail store but they did not include a case or microfiber, why not?
Only select retailers sell the case and microfiber with the Typhoon sunglass. The case and microfiber are only included with the sunglasses at Typhoon.com, West Marine and Cabela's.
3  What is your return policy?
Online orders must be returned (at customer's expense) within 10 days of your receipt of the product. After inspection, if the returned item is deemed to be in sellable condition; that means unused and undamaged, Typhoon will refund you for the full amount of the product within 14 days of our receipt of your package. 4  Do I have to register for the warranty if I purchased my Typhoon sunglasses from this website?
No. You do not need to complete the warranty registration process. You must save your Typhoon order information. You will need your Typhoon Order Number if you want to submit a warranty claim.
5  How do I get my sunglasses replaced under the warranty?
Follow these steps:
- 1 Review our warranty information to determine if your sunglasses or goggles are eligible for warranty or repair.
- 2 Complete the warranty registration form (unless you ordered from this site).
- 3 Submit a warranty claim.

7  How do I clean my sunglasses?
Follow these guidelines for increased longevity of your Typhoon sunglasses and to avoid violating the warranty terms.
8  How do I measure my Pupillary Distance (PD)?
Although the PD measurement may not appear on your prescription, your eye care practitioner should have the information in their files. Your best bet is to call your eye care practitioner and ask for your PD measurement.
9  My sunglass broke. How can I get it replaced or repaired?
